We wondered about if you like to have the private Messaging system enabled in the forum.
The point is: If you want to contact the QU-Team you always should use the ticket-system. They should not be distracted by too many different messaging-systems. So all the QU-Staffs will turn off the recieving of PNs. But ... Do you like to be able to post a PN to other users here in the forum? Is there a need for? Best wishes, Julian! |

Main reason why we disabled PMs is, that I don't want to risk, that your forum account will be attacked by hackers.
We have to manually moderate currently every post, because we receive daily a lot of SPAM messages and spammers can attack you by PIMs as well. We try to protect our members as much as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Hi Victor,
I can appreciate that you want/need to protect yourself as well as the members, but there seems to be a lack of communication with members from staff. Why even have a helpdesk and forum if you aren't going to take advantage of the functionality. Can't you install or have the option to use captcha to prevent spam and thus increasing the lines of communication with paying customers? |

The main problem in slow responses at the forum is, that we do not pay as big attention as for emails. We respond all emails first and then, if there is a time, we respond posts at the forum. We want users to be able to use forum for their needs, so they can help each other. But of course we can help you at the forum too, but it takes much more time than in Support Center.
