$Affiliate_refid does not parse when sending e-mail

In version 3.0.1 the $Affiliate_refid doesn't work in the e-mail asection. It comes through the e-mail unparsed as $Affiliate_refid

Using Post Affiliate Pro 3.0.2

go to "Send message"

And in the "Allowed constants" I tried all of those and the only one that does not work in the e-mail is $Affiliate_refid
