We've successfully implemented PAP for our website Project Good Life (http://www.projectgoodlife.com?a_aid=hodge), which aims to promote and sell Jiaogulan Tea.
The idea of our affiliate program is that our customers are the affiliates. Customers subscribe to a monthly delivery of 100g of Jiaogulan, and at the same time are also registered into the affiliate program, becomming what we call "Health Consultants". As a result, customers may opt to simply receive their 100g of Jiaogulan each month, or, if they choose, promote Jiaogulan to others and recieve a commission for their efforts. The more sales they make, the higher the commission they receive.
We're trying to sell the idea of becomming "Healthy and Wealthy" - i.e. enjoy drinking Jiaogulan and making some money at the same time :)
