Sorry if this is in the software but im pretty sure its not.

Ive looked and looked. Its a very important feature I want.

Tracking e.g. &tracking= would be placed on the end of campagin urls the advertiser would put something like &tracking=MainPage so they would no such and such a lead is from main page this would also want to be shown in transaction history.

Can this be done please? If not I will pay for it to be done.

I know relise this exists.

But it needs to be shown in account history/transactions of affiliates.

this is possible, but it is visible only for merchant, not for affiliates.

You can use parameetrs data1, data2, data3 in the tracking URL, for example:
www.yoursite.com/?a_aid=12345&a_bid=6789&data1=MainPage

We plan to have SubID report in the new version + possibility of displaying this info alo in transactions report for affiliates.

Does this tracking propogate through to the sale? So, if someone clicks on a link quoted above, will this same data1 field be recorded against the lead/sale?

If this doesn't happen could it be added into PAP. It'd be incredibly useful for us as we use PAP for tracking our own marketing activity as well as affiliates. It'd also mean affiliates could work out which bits of their marketing activity were working best for them.

Admin, can you confirm that the SubID features will be in the next version, and they will easily allow affiliates to track sales for the same product using different sub ID's?

For example, I might be split testing a website to sell ProductX, and I have 3 different webpages I am sending people to, so I want to add a sub id to all 3 so that when I make a sale, I know which page that sale came from.

What's starting to worry me is that an email was sent out several weeks ago announcing that PAP4 would be ready in a matter of days.

I've seen this before from other companies and it usually means the company is on the brink of collapse.

So if the Admins here can please confirm a DEFINITE release date for PAP4, please do so. Even if it doesn't have ALL the extra features, that's okay as long as what IS included works as expected. More features can always be added later.

The release date is not defined yet, but the first version should be released soon. Entire program was completely rewritten, so it will have some time when system will be ready to work. Please be patient and wait few more weeks.

I'm really sorry for the delay in development, we tried to give you correct estimation before, but the project was more difficult than we thought, and we also want to make it best possible.

It is still not ready to be released, but it is nearly finished. Our personal optimistic tip is that it will be released in the end of this month, but it could take one or two weeks more. It will not take more time than that.

AdWords tracking
Ability to have PAP track specific Ad Campaigns and keywords from Google AdWords. The link could indicate from which campaign and which keyword used.

AdWords tracking functions will not be added to the first version of PAP4. I'm sorry.
