Zend Optimizer not installed???

i'm trying to install Unit Miner on a Windows XP machine with Apache 2 server.

My phpinfo() says that I have the Zend optimizer installed (latest version) and all the rest of the requirements are ok.

But I still get "Zend Optimizer not installed" when I try to run test.php

I went ahead and installed Zend Optimizer again, rebooted the machine, started Apache again, and I still get "Zend Optimizer not installed", but I know this is not true!

What could be the problem I'm having?
