Hello,
I have created the code to integrate with Google Checkout for PAP 3 it works with HTML AND XML Level 2 integration. Works with any cart or custom code. I am using it now and it works fine. You must have a SSL certificate for it to work in live mode this is a Google requirement . It you need it just drop me an email.
