Check Payout Field

Funny story followed by my problem: Never leave your settings window open when you have an animal in the house. I went to make a sandwich and my can must have hit the delete link for check payouts.

So what I really need is the coding so that I can add the check payout field back. If anyone can help with this i would highly appreciate it.

Go to our online demo > merchant panel > payouts > payouts settings and scroll down to payouts method. Here you can choose check and and make the same in your PAP and recreate this method again.
