We are now pretty much up and running with Post Affiliate Pro. Due to a configuration in our load balancer, however, all traffic to the affiliate server has the same IP address. In other words, the affiliate software thinks that all actions come from the IP address. I have turned off some of the fraud protection, but it is still declining all sales.
My thought is that maybe the IP address of the affiliate is stored when signing up, and that if a sale comes from this same IP address (even though all fraud protection is turned off in the settings) it is automatically declined. Is this true? Can you think of any other workarounds than fixing it at the load balancer level?
Thanks,
