Hi,

I'm not using the KB module in my help desk as we run an internal KB. Are there any plans where by the canned replies can be put in the Help Desk. Normally, this is a feature that every help desk software has.

Canned messages are already in our application - you can access them when you reply ticket (you can open it by pushing button Open Knowledgebase)

Canned messages are integrated with Knowledgebase - you can define all entries as internal or private and in this case just agents or admins can see entries
