Greetings, we just set up Support Center today and will be purchasing once we get the OK from the powers that be. I was wondering if there was a way to merge 2 tickets, already we have had a situation where more than on person submitted a ticket for the same problem, and another situation where one person submitted a ticket, then that same person submitted another ticket that we (IT) discovered was related to the same problem. For history purposes, we would like to keep all submitted tickets for references.

I'm sorry, currently is not possible to merge tickets - just separate any mail from ticket to new ticket.
