Trying to intergrate with Soholaunch

I am trying to intergrate my affiliate program with Soholaunch and the shopping cart.
1) I am to place the php code on my home page, HOW.??

2)I am to place code for my THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING- WHERE?? and HOW??

I am having a heck of a time with this. ANY HELP would be great
