Hi
Can anyone tell me what the average response time for support is ?
The label on tickets that says "due in 24 hours" is rather disconcerting to say the least.
So far I have had a very negative relationship with PAP staff and although I would willingly pay for the "professional integration" I a reluctant to dig myself in to a further hole in an attempt to get my PAP running.

When we receive any email, we will try to send a reply ASAP, but we don't working through weekend and therefore emails received on Friday are replied later (obviously on Monday).
