OK i sent this to the support but I thought I would post it here as well.
I have a DVD rental system based on OS Commerce that sends monthly and yearly transactions through PayPal via WebSite Payments Pro.
I am using the OS Commerce integration script and the PayPal IPN system to send back the recurring payments as they occur each month.
The initial transaction is recorded fine with Affliate ID and all the information. It is followed by a return transaction from PayPal IPN. This does not contain any affiliate information and appears to be a duplicate transaction (apart from the different Order ID)
Status Paid Actions IP Referrer
$ 20.40 $ 203.99 0ML48419UA734573H 2008-03-07 20:17:50 Affliate1 sale 2: Default Account
$ 20.40 $ 203.99 1820 2008-03-07 20:17:47 Affliate1 sale 337ef264: John Smith
All the instructions that I have read say that the script automatically registers the recurring transactions. What else do I need to do to get this to work. Anybody got this working with OS Commerce and paypal?
