Will this affiliate software work for "other domains"?

For example, let's say I host this software on the domain "animlalwebsites.com". But I want to have multiple campaigns for the domains dogs.com, horses.com, and cats.com. Is this possible or does everything have to be hosted on animalwebsites.com?

Single installation license allows you to install and use the system on one website/domain. You are not allowed to have more than one installation. One installation can handle multiple websites, but all of the websites will share the same affiliate program. To have separated affiliate programs for different websites, you need to obtain multi-installation license
