Looking for affiliate option to place a standard form on affiliates websites.

process
- client fill in form
- affiliate returns the form results with data to admin
- first status form < not check yet >
- after checking by admin - affiliate will pay out by admin

Is this possible.

When user's will fill in your forms, data are send to our software. You can check these data and then you can pay out to your affiliates.
