Make Page/Tab Titles more descriptive

When I am working on my store, I usually have at least a dozen tabs open in Firefox. Each tab has about enough space to show "Post Affiliate". However, I am usually looking at the Merchants page, and my Test Affiliate's page. It would be nice if these said PAP: Merchants and PAP: Affiliates or something that was more identifiable.
