Recurring Billings

I purchased and configured PostMemberPro, but am trying to work out how the recurring billings and commissions are tracked. I setup the recurring commission as monthly and the tier-1 & tier-2 commission rates, but how does PostMemberPro actually track the recurring billings?

There is no help in the manual.

Can anyone point me to how I can configure this?
