Message: Error: No id provided

I am getting this message when creating a ticket as a user, and on the login submit form. The ticket IS created, but the user may think that it is not and keep hitting the submit button. Why is this happening?

Also regarding the submit form, a user does not have to be registered to submit a ticket, right? And should a pop up or message be shown to the user letting him know that he has successfully created a ticket?

Well, its been quite a number of days and still no answer. I'm sure this thread was just accidentally overlooked :eek:

I'm sorry for our inactivity, but we don't working during holidays. I don't know almost nothing about this software, but when my colleague will be available, he let you know, so please, be patient.

Good call Sonja! Guess we'll have to wait until the new year. Pity...was hoping to get this up and running before the end of the year.

Sorry for late reply in this thread.

Problem was resolved in latest release, so to solve the problem in your installation just upgrade to latest release

yes, user doesn't have to be registered if he wants to post ticket as anonym
