Be aware if you want to buy script customization from Quality Unit !

I've been very happy with Quality Unit in the past for excellent products and great support.
Now i'm very very disappointed and unhappy.

I've payed a script customization, then payed again for the same script for only one modification (and there're various things to fix for the first script).

I've waited for months but Quality Unit not solve completely my work, i've also have sent a lot of mail, with no success.

Be aware if you want to buy script customization from QualityUnit !

Dear Fabrizio,
I don't understand why do you write as John (Because only one unhappy customer was named Fabrizio. I'm sorry, if I'm wrong.). I do customization last two years and there wasn't problems like in this case. Why? Because all customers know, what they want. It's very difficult to do customization, when specification is still changing.
