Delete admin account: how to recreate it ?

I've a admin account, i change into operator.
Now i cannot enter as admin anymore :(
How to create/access as admin now ?

best is to access directly mysql database of SupportCenter
Edit your user entry in table users and change user_type value to 'a' (means admin)
