Hi all!!!

I created a Custom Single Selecion Field that will be used to classify my tickets. When the agent Classify a ticket, the system is de-classifying all other tickets on the system. On this way, I can have only one ticket classified at a time. How could I classify a ticket (or set a custom field) without loosing all classifications done before?

Please upgrade to latest release of SupportCenter.
This was known bug of release 2.2.0 and was fixed already in 2.2.1
