Hello,

Is there a way to have a live update for parsing rules?...something like in outlook's rules "run this rule now on messages allready in..."

We are trying SupportCenter v2.1.2 to find out if it's suitable for a support team and because there are more then 70 rules we want to try the changes on messages allready received to check if the rules are working as expected.

Is there a way to clone/copy/save/manage the parse- rules? For some categories it would be easy just to change a trigger word instead of setting the whole options for each rule. Also if a new rule is saved and it needs to be on the top of other 100 it's difficult to high-rank it.

Can be something done to reduce the amount used by the webinterface in IE 7? It uses ~200MB with just one open window.

thank you in advance

Parsing rules are executed just on mails received from POP3 account and not on existing tickets.

Yes, I agree, to sort rules is slow, we will change this to a simple order field

Memory: We plan to change Framework of SupportCenter from dojo to GWT
It will mean, that we will re-implement complete application into another language, but also it should be more stable, compatible with all browsers (including Safari) and it should have lower memory consumption
This will take minimum 3 months until we will release such version.

Also we plan to upgrade server part from php4 to php5, so php4 will not work anymore.
