Hello,
Is there a way to have a live update for parsing rules?...something like in outlook's rules "run this rule now on messages allready in..."
We are trying SupportCenter v2.1.2 to find out if it's suitable for a support team and because there are more then 70 rules we want to try the changes on messages allready received to check if the rules are working as expected.
Is there a way to clone/copy/save rules? For some categories it would be easy just to change a trigger word instead of setting the whole options for each rule.
