Hi, I'm a newby and evaluating the product.
Configured the Free system. Have a Queue with autoresponder.
Autoresponder messages are sent to 'customer', so mail relay is working.
But hhen I reply as an agent on a message in SupportCenter, the 'outgoing' mail stays in status 'Pending'.
How come? Forgot something to configure?
