(why not add a specific Live Help section?)
May you please add to Live Help program these new features:
1) Mac OS support
2) Add the possibility to close button option when user sent offline ticket, or, better, show another page where the user is advised he had just sent the ticket with the summary (object, text, ecc.) of it.
Now it's not too clear what happens when user click on send offline message.
