How to use canned message?

I just upgrad for 2.1.0 version and would like a tip about how to use canned answers. Thank you! :D

Hello Eduardo,

It is easy. Just fill in into your Knowledgebase predefined mails.
e.g. create internal or private section with all your predefined mails

Than when you type in your reply, just click on button Open Knowledgebase

You will see 2 main trees in left window of Knowledgebase.
1. Suggested entries
2. complete tree of knowledgebase

you can choose predefined mail you want to use and click on button on the right side to select item

Automatically will be selected item inserted as text into your reply and also all attachments from KB item will be added to your reply

In this way you can use it also as predefined attachments module
