Hi,
I'm currently on the free version of SupportCenter, and have been using for +30 days. So I get the popup reminder from now and then asking me to type in a number.

But... If use Internet Explorer 7.0 I never see this popup. Instead, the browser freezes totally and can only be shut down...

It works perfectly in IE 6 and with Firefox... I know it's a problem caused by IE7, but it's still annoying, since SupportCenter is the only product causing me these problems.

Any suggestions? (apart from buying a license?) ;-)

Yours,
Hans Henrik Appel

Can you send me access to your installation to support@qualityunit.com as admin ?
I will try to check, what could cause this freezing in IE7 in your installation.

Thank you.

Got the same problem: SupportCenter works fine in Firefox, but freezes IE7 when it tries to show the popup for the number.

Am able to login, but stays on 'Loading' in IE7, and totally crashes browser (sometimes gives an IE-error that a script is causing a slow pc)
