Cannot read template config file

Hi all

I am having an issue installing Support Centre Free 2.0.4 -

When running through the installation setup via http://www.mysite.com/mysupportcenter/server/index.php I get through the first two pages (Start & Requirements Check) but after inputting the database details which have been double checked it comes up with an error:

Cannot read template config file

Am I missing something?

I am having the same experience. Is this related to permissions?
which config file is it looking for?

Please check if exists in your installation file server/settings/config.inc.php.dist (if not, please copy all files again from distribution file)
If it exists, please check if exists also file server/settings/config.inc.php (if yes, please delete it and try installation again)
Also review the rights setting on directory server/settings/ (during installation they should be set to 777

If this will not help, please let me know.
