Hi, this application looks great but I would need something that I am not sure if it can be done:
I would like that every agent could see agents and users only from the queues it he/she has been assigned.
What I am looking for is a way were I can have completely independent deparments, blind one from each other, and then have just some 'super agents' that could manage any ticket.
