I just want to inform you, that new version of SupportCenter was released.
One of most important features is new Knowledgebase module.

Knowledgebase will not help just to suggest solutions to your customers, but will help you to increase quality of content on your website and therefore also ranking in search engines.
We optimized Knowledgebase as SEO friendly module:
- titles of each page is generated from subjects of KB items
- each page contains metadescription tag
- each page has SEO friendly url (no mod rewrite is required, we generate content directly to HTML files)
- because we generated directly HTML files, your Knowledgebase will be fast and will not depend on php
