Cron job not working

Hi,

I am still new to this, so please bear with me.

I have set up the cron job as per the instructions, but how do i point it to an external mail server for the e-mail pickup and sending?

I have found where to edit the mail server, but i am still having problems trying to run the cron job. Can anyone assist please?

Now I'm not sure, what is your main problem:
1. your cron job is not running periodically ?

2. you didn't defined mail account yet correctly, so SupportCenter doesn't know, from which mail account it should fetch new mails.
