Hello,
onother question:
creating new tickets I have:
- default status to "awaiting reply";
- owner set to the agent that creates the ticket;
I want to have the status to "new ticket", I have played with the settings but I don't see a way to set the default status or to order them. Maybe I have to delete the statuses list and create it in the right order? but in this case all old tickets change status automatically?
For the owner I want to have nobody as default.
Naturally I have the chance to change the values but it will be more quick if I can set the default value to what is the most used value.
