I have installed today your latest release (1.8), but I have some questions regarding new tickets.
I have created each user as agent and I have created 2 mail accounts to receive also external mails.
When an agent is logged in and wants to create a ticket, the "from" field doesn't display his name or agent names or customer names but the mail accounts. I can't understand why it is so. I want to display user names (agents/customers), not email accounts.
In the "To" field I don't want to put anything because I choose the "queue" and I think this is sufficient. Yesterday (with release 1.6) I could send tickets without filling the "to" field but now (with release 1.8) I can't.

The version is 1.8 not a smiley

Each ticket has to be assigned to any "Customer"
Therefore you can't leave field To empty

It is possible only in case you will create a comment when you are replying any ticket

What if the customer doesn't have an email address? For instance, they are a call in customer. I don't want to enter in a bogus address and have it bounce. Am I misunderstanding this?
