Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way when using the Show History feature, to be able to check the History logs of custom fields added.

This will make it easier for agents to know when another agent changed something in the ticket as its not viewable otherwise.

Just to show that changes where made in the specific custom field.

i.e AgentBlah changed or edited something in CustomFieldBlah

Please advice.

This is currently not implemented.
We can do it for you as customization if you like to pay it.
We can add it to development plan as low priority task, if you don't want to pay it as customization, but than I can't guarantee any deadline.
