failed installation

I recently downloaded SupportCenter "free" to evaluate the software prior to purchasing, and I'm experiencing a failed installation.

It reaches "Set Up Config" screen where I enter the URL and tmp directory, and at the next step all that displays is the logo.gif, and no further text. I can not get to the "Insert Admin" screen.

Can you give me access to your installation ?
e.g. ftp access (please send it to support@qualityunit.com and not to this forum)

I will try to install it for you.

If there is any bug, we will fix it and in next week release it will work.

I think, that this bug was fixed already in later releases.
Nobody else is reporting such error.
