hi, i tried on SC and i found no way to remove the links shown on my SC

I am so poor and i cant affort the live chat. :( Can anyone tell me how to remove it? Since it's fully ENCODED so i don't hope it required me another charges on "customize work"

It is easy - go to Settings->Custom->Mail Templates and change links or remove them. (Logged in as Administrator)

Ya, the mail part solved. But still another section

existing mails saved already with old templates will not be changed.
Just new mails will be affected by template change !

And all links you can remove from mail template in Settings -> Custom -> Mail Templates
