View Full Version : Upgraded to 1.7.1 SC won't start

I've upgraded from 1.6.5 to 1.7.1 and Support Center displays the Booting screen. Then then goes to the Loading Libraries screen and freezes.

Browser status bar says Done...

Any ideas??

Hold on guys... I may have a server problem.... :(

Ok I do not have a server problem. Did a fresh/clean install and still have the same problem.

Help please.

Check if file
client/lib/qu/rpc/DataPusher.xd.js
is available.

I had same problem and found out that above mentioned file was missing. Support of QualityUnit immediately responded by sending missing file. They also mentioned that they would change/created a new installation package. So maybe you can download the installation package and try again.

Yes, download of new installation package will help and it will work correctly.

Maybe you downloaded installation file in time, when we had one missing file in distribution file. We fixed that in 3-4 hours after release.
