PDA access

Any thoughts along the lines of a WAP side to work with PDA's and SmartPhones?

Currently we don't have WAP access planned in development.

But you can answer all mails received to SupportCenter by standard mail clients (e.g. in PDA).

You need just to define your Mail Gateways (filter of mails, which you want to answer with your standard mail client)
