Hi. I downloaded the free version of Support Center and integrated it into my website. I think it's nice and easy to use. But after the booting stage a certain message appears saying that a script stopped and I have the option to either stop the script pr let it continue until it finishes. Is this part of the software? Please advise if it is so I can inform my agent about it. Thanks.

What is version of your SupportCenter ?
Can you send me URL to your installation and access to it ?

Maybe there was any problem during installation or setup of your copy.

Until now you're the first who reported such problem and we have more than 50 downloads of free edition per day.

Also is possible, that you have any browser extension installed, which could cause these problems.
Please try it also with other types of browsers, if the problem is persistant in all browsers.
