Webradev's Affiliate Link Question

Mark,

I just signed up and was approved for your affiliate progrom to help sell your product. My question is, how do I insert the code, for one of your text banners from the affiliate control panel, into a text email. I'd like to put this link into the email that I sent to those who signup for my affiliate program (using postsignup.php).

Hello,

if you will be using text email, you cannot make classical link.
You can however put the link url there, such as
http://www.webradev.com/postaffiliatepro/?a_aid=1&a_bid=3

But you cannot protect yourself from people that will only copy the http://www.webradev.com/postaffiliatepro/ part, when you'll loose the referral.

It is better to use HTML form of email, maybe as default, and put text version as second option.

Thanks for the information. I have set my newletter up with an html email default.
