Hi!
I'm interested in SupportCenter, but we have an existing sales and customer database that I would want to integrate using the public APIs. Is it possible to view/try these with the free download?
Many thanks,
David

Hi,
yes, you can see API in action in free version too.
requests are handled by JSON-RPC calls
to see them just install into firefox firebug extension and look into console tab
you will see every request from client to server and how it works.
I'm sorry, that we don't have ready API documentation, but currently we are working on new features of SupportCenter very hard and we don't have so much time for this documentation.
If you will have any specific questions about how to do something exact with API, I can help you, just write mail to our support or post the ticket in contact form of SupportCenter
If you have existing database of users or even mails with tickets, we can try to convert it into SupportCenter (this is payed service, but often it will save you much more)
e.g. we were convert all mails and users from cerberus and similar helpdesk softwares, so I expect, that we can help also in your case.
