The sale not track

I tried to purchase using ref URL, but the sale not track under that user. The user who refer the client not credited for his comission.

But if I set Choose affiliate for not referred commission to predefine user (example USer Joe), then Joe was credited comission for that sale!!??

It happen so also to the members who click on their sponsor banner to join as subaffiliate, their name did not appear under the specify sponsor!
I then check the admin panel, found that their parent ID is "None"

if you want to track all sales without problem, your clients must use banner code from banners section. When somebody click to this banner, he will be redirected to particular link and when he make a sale, your affiliate get a commission. With your general affiliate link you are able to track referrers and clicks only

No, I did it this way....
I placed a referral link and a banner (from the htmol code) to a website.
I clicked on the link and register as affiliate of the sponsor, I even clicked on the banner code on another PC (different IP) to do a test purchased.
BOth failed to register neither me as affiliate nor the sale.....

This is the direct link I placed into a website and I clikced it from another PC:

THis is the click from banner, I got this url:

both did not work....
Please help me

Ok, I think I knew the problem from....

It is all because I have another clone file named home.tpl,
I added the track code over that file and it works well now!!
