Not saving settings

Some settings get saved and some don't.

IS this a CHMOM issue?

I noticed in the manual it says to CHMOM 644 or 666 but in order for php files to be edited they will need to be 777 for me.

Is your manual right?

It's because some of your fields in settings area are empty or wrong. Please go to merchant panel > settings and in
Email notifications set "Email for notifications"
Communication set > Mail send type to mail() or enter correct values for SMTP
Affiliate settings set > Assign non-referred affiliate to
Banner/Link format set > Graphic banner format or click to Default button
