Download Guard Intergration Questions

Hi,

I understand how to integrate download Guard with PAP.

My question is how does PAP handle refunds? In Download Guard there is an option to mark a user as "refunded" does DLG tell PAP?

I'm a little concerned about this because as of now, I don't see how the system handles managing refunds.

Hi,
DLGuard can't tell to PAP about refunds. If you have refunds, you need to create refund transaction manually in PAP
