Our target with SupportCenter is easy:
We try to be the best in helpdesk softwares avaible on market.

I just want to point out one motto from 37signals.com:

"We believe most software is too complex.
Too many features, too many buttons, too much confusion.
We build easy to use web-based products with elegant interfaces and thoughtful features.
We’re focused on executing on the basics beautifully."

This express exactly what we try to do with SupportCenter product.

We need to care at our support team about efficiency of our agents, because they need to process thousands of mails per month and therefore we develop own helpdesk software.
We were forced to this development by fact, that no software on the market is currently efficient and optimized for agent's work.

All other companies try to insert features into helpdesk, which have nothing to do with helpdesk software and just slow down applications, make user interface too complex and agents need to fight with simple things.
Too many features means also too many bugs.

It is big mistake to think, that the best helpdesk is helpdesk, which has tons of features.
From our more than 2.5 years experiences with active support we know, that most important is, if helpdesk application is very easy to use and very fast.
This we try to implement into SupportCenter.
We don't need more as just simple, fast and working solution.

Maybe it looks, that SupportCenter is too easy if you see simple user interface.

In fact it is not true.

We use state of the art technology and all what can be done for user without his interaction we try to do.
Reason is simple. Our users should work on support and not to be slaves of helpdesk application.

What do you think about our direction ?
Do you think, that SuppoerCenter will be best helpdesk software on the market within next few months ?
