Conversion of tickets from your old Helpdesk software

In this thread we will list all Helpdesk Softwares, from which we are able import your old tickets into our SupportCenter.

If your current Helpdesk software is missing, we can develop new script for you (we charge $40 per develpment hour).

If your software is listed here, we will charge just for time, which we will spend with conversion (if you will not try to do it alone and you will request conversion from us)

Our fist conversion script we developed for us.
We imported all old tickets from Cerberus into our SupportCenter.

So far we are amazed by speed difference. In Cerberus we had to wait for each page many seconds.
In SupportCenter it is very fast.

We have imported about 14 000 tickets into SupportCenter and about 60 000 mails together with all attachments.

Database has size currently about 530MB
